Alliance Manager (m/f/d)
with immediate effect
Within our International Business Development Department, you will be responsible for the management of strategic alliances for our RX and OTC business. In this challenging position, you will coordinate all phases of our license agreements, starting with the initiation and evaluation of new business opportunities up to their successful implementation.
You will act as a competent contact person for all project-related topics, requests and questions. On the one hand, you will coordinate the whole communication process with our licensing partners. In this context, you will ensure active contract management to guarantee the fulfilment of goals and to establish a sustainable and successful cooperation with our business partners.
On the other hand, you will be responsible for the cooperation and coordination of all involved internal departments (e.g. sales reports, marketing plans). To do so, you will define clear project goals and processing steps and coordinate as well as monitor their proper implementation.
Within your wide-ranging area of responsibilities, you will also be responsible for a reliable data management system, including budget plans, business analysis and performance reviews for the projects.
University degree in natural science or business administration
Several years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry in marketing, sales and/or business development functions in an international environment
Proven knowledge in the field of marketing of pharmaceutical products and licensing, both in the Rx and OTC sectors
Good skills in project management
Strong social skills in working with internal and external business partners
Assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian would be advantageous
Willingness to travel internationally
