Your tasks

Within our International Business Development Department, you will be responsible for the search and evaluation of strategic alliances for our Eastern European markets. Based on your excellent knowledge, you will contribute to the successful evaluation of business opportunities for new products for eastern European and CIS countries.

In this challenging position, you will develop strategic concept for new products based on detailed product and market analysis in terms of strengths and weaknesses in local markets. To support the decision making process, you will outline proposals for market access strategies and pricing policies including profit analysis.

Within your position you will coordinate the local evaluation process in the main markets of the international division and ensure an optimal cooperation with the local contacts. Your diverse remit is rounded off by setting up and maintaining contacts with potential business partner, decision maker and opinion leaders in pharmaceutical companies, associations, agencies and other international organisations.

Your profile

Your profile

  • University degree in natural science or business administration
  • Several years of relevant experience in the international pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in the analysis of pharmaceutical products, preferably in the Gx area
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in Eastern Europe and CIS region of advantage
  • Strong strategical-analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Russian and Italian language skills are an advantage
  • Good database knowledge
  • Above-average commitment and high flexibility
