Your tasks

As an experienced Product Manager, you are committed to the successful marketing of the OTC product portfolio assigned to you. You are responsible for both the development of marketing concepts, product strategies, including launch projects, and the implementation of these strategies in our markets in the CEE and CIS Region. Furthermore, you are experienced in executing a communication strategy in different media channels.

You consider yourself a competent contact person for our local Product Managers and provide support for all marketing related topics. With your innovative thinking, you develop and plan outstanding measures to support the promotion of our products in the countries. You oversee market research projects to confirm your strategies and gain market insights. You are experienced in project management and in leading cross-departmental working groups. You take ownership and drive projects proactively.

You analyse the market and competitor situation, and draw conclusions for the strategic positioning and development of the product range on the different markets. Based on your insights, you are capable of forecasting the sales development of your product portfolio in the region. Furthermore, you are involved in questions related to pricing strategy, marketing investments to optimize sales volume and profit, and reporting.

Your profile

Your profile

  • University degree in science or economics
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or consumer healthcare (OTC, medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics)
  • Knowledge of international markets, in particular Eastern Europe and CIS countries desirable
  • Experience of cooperating with advertising and media agencies
  • Pharmaceutical sales force experience desirable
  • Fluent English language skills mandatory
  • Knowledge of Russian language desirable
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
