You can join us as a working student, complete a mandatory internship, or write your final thesis (Bachelor's/Master's) in cooperation with one of our departments. At Berlin-Chemie Menarini, we offer positions in areas such as Natural Sciences, IT, Economics, HR, Marketing, and Engineering.

At Berlin-Chemie Menarini, we pay fairly and transparently. Depending on your progress in your studies and your specific tasks, working students receive a gross hourly wage of 16 to 22 euros. Students completing a mandatory internship with us receive 1,200 euros gross per month during their Bachelor's and 1,500 euros gross per month during their Master's studies. Additionally, you benefit from pro-rata vacation days and holiday pay, subsidized meals in our company restaurant, and discounts via Corporate Benefits.

As a working student, you can work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and by arrangement, full-time at 38.5 hours per week during the semester break. You coordinate your working hours flexibly with your team so that your studies always come first.

Yes, absolutely! You can work from home for up to 2 days per week, flexibly aligned with your lecture schedule and in coordination with your team. We will, of course, provide you with the necessary IT equipment (e.g., a laptop) for the duration of your employment. Our tip: The more often you are on-site, the better for both sides. Through direct, on-site exchange, you simply learn the fastest, become an integral part of the Berlin-Chemie Menarini team, and build a valuable network along the way.

Yes, we regularly supervise practice oriented final theses. Ideally, you have already worked with us as an intern or working student, and a concrete topic has emerged from that experience. However, you are also welcome to send an unsolicited application with a topic proposal. Throughout the entire writing phase, you will be guided by a professional mentor from the team and receive valuable input from corporate practice. For writing your final thesis at Berlin-Chemie Menarini, you will receive 1,000 to 1,200 euros gross per month, depending on your study progress, as well as a success bonus based on the academic evaluation.
