At our location in the south of Berlin, approximately 70 scientists from various disciplines are engaged in the pharmaceutical development of new drug formulations.
RegulatoryAffairs & QM
Approximately 200 employees are responsible for managing the complex approval processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This work requires interdisciplinary collaboration with experts from across the company.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
At our state-of-the-art facilities in Adlershof and Britz, 270 team members produce tablets, capsules, syrups, and suppositories. We adhere to the highest quality and hygiene standards (GMP) in everything we do.
Medicine & Marketing
Approximately 70 team members closely monitor scientific, societal, and health policy developments. They create informational materials and respond to medical-scientific inquiries about the products.
Quality Control
Over 150 scientists meticulously examine raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and packaging materials. Our goal is to unwaveringly uphold the highest standards for our pharmaceuticals.
Drug Safety
18 professionals in pharmacovigilance gather, evaluate, and handle reports of suspected adverse reactions from clinical studies and approved medications both within and outside the EU markets.
International Division
As part of the global Menarini Group, we manage operations from Berlin across more than 30 dynamic markets in Central, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Around 170 dedicated experts work in multinational teams to develop pragmatic solutions in marketing, regulatory affairs, and business development.
