As a liaison to the field sales team, these teams are responsible for coordinating budget planning, controlling, and conducting sales and revenue analyses. They manage interactions with health networks and ensure the technical equipment of the field service is up to standard—ensuring optimal performance of our sales channels.

As a strategic business partner, you safeguard our most vital asset: our employees. Your focus extends from recruiting and talent management to supporting various departments. Additional areas include payroll, personnel marketing, and controlling.
Procurement
The team oversees global procurement across more than 35 countries. From raw materials and packaging supplies to services, you ensure the availability of all resources. Through strategic negotiations and supplier management, you guarantee the highest quality and competitive conditions.
Marketing & Business Development
In Business Development, market developments are analyzed to guide production and sales effectively. Our marketing department manages the entire process of advertising activities, from developing innovative concepts to budget control and accounting.
International Division
As part of the global Menarini Group, we manage operations from Berlin across more than 30 dynamic markets in Central, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Around 170 dedicated experts work in multinational teams to develop pragmatic solutions in marketing, regulatory affairs, and business development.
