Schule fertig. Und jetzt? Wir bilden dich in den verschiedensten Berufen zu Fachkräften aus! In unseren modernen Laboren, Büros oder Produktionsstätten lernst du alles, was du benötigst, um anschließend erfolgreich in der Pharmabranche durchstarten zu können.

Natürlich ist noch alles ganz neu, wenn du bei uns einsteigst. Aber wir haben jahrzehntelange Erfahrung im Ausbilden junger Menschen und stehen dir immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch, wenn es einmal nicht ums Berufliche geht. Du kannst darauf vertrauen, dass du bei uns kompetent betreut wirst.

Qualified and certified

Show us what you’re capable of, because you’ll be challenged and motivated to do and learn new things here each and every day. It’s not without reason that we’re regularly certified by the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry for our “excellent contribution to vocational training”. Most of our trainees complete their training with good grades and stay on in our companies afterwards.

Start your training

All our vocational training courses start each year on 1 September. Our vocational professions at a glance

  • You’ll work together with scientific and engineering colleagues to assure the quality of our products on a daily basis. This will involve analysing raw materials, intermediate products and packaging materials, as well as monitoring quality standards. You must have a sense of responsibility and quality awareness, as well as an interest in environmental and health protection.

    You should have a secondary school degree equivalent to the GCSEs or A-Levels and good grades in science subjects. And you’ll need to be willing to spend your working day in protective clothing. Training lasts 3.5 years.

  • Whether tablets, coated tablets, infusion solutions or drops: you’ll manufacture our medicinal products in a variety of dosage forms. From filling or bottling to packaging, you’ll be involved in every production step. You’ll operate and monitor our production machines and also learn how to maintain them. To ensure everything runs smoothly and to meet both quality and hygiene standards, you’ll rigorously monitor and document the production process.

    You’ll need a secondary school degree equivalent to the GCSEs or A-Levels with good grades in science subjects. It’ll be beneficial if you’re happy to wear protective clothing. Training lasts 3.5 years.

  • In short: You’ll be an office all-rounder. More specifically, this means that you’ll manage production processes and ensure that raw materials, machines and manpower are deployed properly and effectively. You’ll also learn all the essential aspects of purchasing, marketing, logistics or accounting. This will give you a sound overview of our processes and enable you to handle a large number of tasks independently.

    You should have a secondary school degree equivalent to the GCSEs or A-Levels with good grades in German, English and mathematics. Training lasts 3 years.

  • You’ll assist in ensuring that our IT functions smoothly – in addition to the hardware and software your colleagues use in their daily work, this also includes servers and telecommunications equipment. You’ll help our departments resolve problems and meet requirements with the right IT systems. To enable you to quickly identify the need for improvement in IT processes, you’ll get to know the company inside and out.

    You’ll need a secondary school degree equivalent to the GCSEs or A-Levels and good grades in languages and mathematics, and, of course, an interest in computers and IT systems. Training lasts 3 years.

  • You’ll ensure that our production equipment, with its complex mechanical and electronic components, functions smoothly. To this end, you’ll plan and manage workflows, maintain the machines and program the associated software. In our company workshop, you’ll also learn the basics of metalworking and electrical engineering, and thereby become a true all-rounder.

    You should have a good technical aptitude, a secondary school degree equivalent to the GCSEs or A-Levels and good grades in mathematics and physics. Training lasts 3.5 years.

  • You’ll be on hand to help whenever anything goes wrong with our production machines or equipment. You’ll also endeavour to ensure that this does not happen in the first place, by regularly maintaining our machines and keeping them in operational condition. It is therefore essential that you have good mechanical skills, are open to learning metalworking and have a professional eye for occupational health and safety and environmental protection.

    You’ll need a secondary school degree equivalent to the GCSEs and good grades in mathematics and physics. Training lasts 3.5 years.

  • Du stellst sicher, dass unser Produktionsbetrieb störungsfrei funktioniert. Dafür installierst, wartest, reparierst und programmierst du elektronische Bauteile für unsere Produktionsanlagen, nimmst diese in Betrieb – und erklärst den Benutzern die Bedienung. Darüber hinaus sorgst du dafür, dass all unsere Gebäude auf dem Firmengelände mit Elektrizität versorgt werden. Denn ohne Strom geht heute fast gar nichts mehr!

    Du solltest einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss oder Abitur, gute Noten in Mathe und Deutsch und viel Interesse an Technik und Informatik mitbringen. Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre.

  • In diesem technischen Beruf wirst du an den komplexen Anlagen in der Verpackung unserer Arzneimittel eingesetzt. Schwerpunkte sind das Einrichten und Bedienen der Maschinen und Anlagen sowie die Wartung, Fehlersuche und Fehlerbehebung. Selbstverständlich berücksichtigst du die Vorgaben des Umweltschutzes und der Arbeitssicherheit.

    Mitzubringen sind ein mittlerer Schulabschluss mit soliden Noten in Mathe, Physik und technisches Interesse. Du solltest kein Problem mit dem Arbeiten in Schutzkleidung und Schichten haben. Die Ausbildung dauert 2 Jahre.

  • Du erhältst die ideale Mischung aus Theorie und Praxis. Die theoretische Ausbildung absolvierst du an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin (HWR Berlin) und die umfassende - sowie vor allem vielfältige -praktische Ausbildung bei uns im Betrieb. Dein Studium dauert 6 Semester. Du sammelst branchen- und betriebsbezogene Erfahrungen im Bereich der Spedition und Logistik, natürlich immer mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch an unsere Produkte und Prozesse. Du lernst von der Pike auf, wie die Wirtschaft funktioniert. So hast du die Möglichkeit, in verschiedenen interessanten Bereichen und in spannenden Projekten zu arbeiten.

    Mitbringen solltest du ein sehr gutes Abitur, Spaß am Erkennen und Definieren komplexer wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge, ein gutes mathematisches Verständnis und Interesse an unternehmerischen Abläufen in der Supply Chain und Logistik.
