



Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

As a member of our 4-person international compliance team, you are committed to successfully maintaining and improving our compliance framework in our International Division. You are the point of contact on compliance topics for the international departments at our regional headquarters in Berlin and cooperate closely with the compliance colleagues in the CEE/CIS region. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
These tasks inspire you
- You report to the Head of the international compliance department and support him by leading, maintaining, and coordinating region-wide compliance projects and programs, including but not limited to the compliance knowledge testing, third party due diligence and compliance risk assessment
- You serve as the main point of contact and business partner for employees of our International Division at the regional headquarters in Berlin regarding all compliance-related matters
- You lead or contribute to internal compliance audits of the International Division's local operating companies
- You act as a backup for our Cluster Compliance Managers in the regions
- You monitor compliance-relevant legal regulations and initiate corrective actions if necessary
- You prepare compliance-related project reports and analytics
What sets you apart
- You hold a Master's degree in economics or law or in another relevant discipline
- You have gained solid experience in compliance within the healthcare industry
- You already worked in an international environment, preferably in Central Eastern Europe/CIS Region
- You possess strong knowledge of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, healthcare compliance and trade control legislation
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and commercial mind-set
- You have good presentation and project-management skills
- You show high integrity, sincerity and ethical conduct
- You are fluent in English, German and/or Russian language skills are highly desirable
- You are willing to travel internationally
