In the Innovation Office, we are responsible for the technical transformation of our entire company. When introducing SAP (S/4HANA), our team plays a key role in designing business processes and operational workflows in all areas of the company in a meaningful and effective way and empowering our colleagues for upcoming changes.

Around 45 highly committed employees plan, develop and support modern IT applications based on a reliable IT infrastructure. It is important to us to work with a high level of service orientation, seriousness, solution-orientation and determination. We tackle tasks, take responsibility and are consistent in our work and cooperative in our behaviour towards one another.

These tasks inspire you

  • You will support the Finance and Controlling departments in identifying potential IT improvements within the group of companies.
  • Your responsibilities include the effective management of IT structure projects and you ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules and content as well as the quality of the delivered solutions.
  • You will be responsible for modelling business processes and analysing the impact of new processes or systems within the company network in order to design optimal solutions.
  • Your work includes both the modelling of existing processes and the redesign of corresponding processes.
  • You will work closely with the international group of companies and take on an active leadership role, whether as part of a team or in coordinating external service providers.

What sets you apart

  • Completed master's or diploma degree in economics or engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Sound experience in IT project management
  • Experience as a Solution Manager in the application and support of SAP Finance and Controlling
  • Very good knowledge of relevant processes, applications and systems in the areas of finance and controlling
  • You actively listen and adapt your communication to different target groups and convey complex technical concepts simply and precisely.
  • You adapt to changing requirements and always keep track of resources to achieve clearly defined goals
  • You are business fluent in English and speak/understand German at least on a B2 Level
