Our organization is embarking on a complex and transformative ERP transition project, migrating from a non-SAP legacy system to SAP S/4 HANA.

This inhouse role combines technical SAP expertise, business process understanding, and project management skills. You will be responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of our SAP solution within the financial modules (Treasury, Accounting, Controlling).

With regulated working hours in a flexitime model and working without business travel, we offer our inhouse SAP experts a healthy balance between pursuing their professional passion and having enough time for their private lives.

These tasks inspire you

  • Process design (as-is and to-be), impact analysis, and business operating model improvements
  • Benchmarking and support for change management initiatives
  • Requirements gathering, technical solution design, and project execution (including documentation and scope management)
  • Management of external providers, system configuration, and software implementation
  • Post go-live support and identification of improvement opportunities
  • Business application lifecycle management, including maintenance and retirement
  • Supervision of end-to-end integration processes and collaboration with vendors

What sets you apart

  • Studies in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years of professional experience with process design projects, transformation initiatives and/or organizational design
  • Extensive experience with SAP FI
  • Deep knowledge of financial processes in a complex landscape
  • Being proactive, adaptable, solution oriented and goal-driven
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Minimum C1 level language proficiency in English
