Our organization is embarking on a complex and transformative ERP transition project, migrating from a non-SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA.

Besides collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into clear documentation, and deliver cost-effective solutions, you will also manage project activities, including preparation of deliverables, process design and business partner’s iteration management.

With regulated working hours in a flexitime model and working without business travel, we offer our inhouse SAP experts a healthy balance between pursuing their professional passion and having enough time for their private lives.

These tasks inspire you

  • Business application lifecycle management (maintenance and retirement), including supervising integrations and collaborating with vendors
  • Business process mapping, analysis, modeling (as-is and to-be), and business operating model improvements
  • Change management initiatives, including organizational design and working with key users and process owners
  • Leading or participating in project execution, including requirements gathering, technical solution design, project documentation, scope management, and prioritization
  • Managing external providers, configuring and implementing software, and providing post go-live support
  • Identifying improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
  • Using your understanding of SAP PP, QM, EWM and PM modules 

What sets you apart

  • Studies in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years of professional experience with process design projects, transformation initiatives and/or organizational design within an international company or a consulting firm
  • Extensive experience with SAP EWM, PP, and QM modules
  • Deep knowledge of Demand to Stock processes, specifically within GxP regulatory compliance
  • Being proactive, adaptable, solution oriented and goal-driven
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum C1 level language proficiency in English
