Our organization is embarking on a complex and transformative ERP transition project, migrating from a non-SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA. This large-scale initiative involves integrating 46 satellite systems with the new S/4HANA environment and covers a broad range of SAP modules, including FI, CO, SD, MM, QM, PP-PI, PM, and EWM.
This position is limited to 24 months.
These tasks inspire you
- Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy for ERP transition project, covering all testing phases
- Lead and manage a team of test analysts and testers
- Define test scope, create test plans, cases, and scripts and manage the test lifecycle within a test management tool
- Set up and manage the test environment and test data and oversee test case execution and track defects
- Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards
- Act as sub-project manager responsible for the testing stream
- Manage communication and reporting on test progress, key metrics, and defects to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business process owners to ensure that both validated and non-validated tests effectively verify the requirements
What sets you apart
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in SAP testing, focus on S/4HANA implementations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality (FI, CO, SD, MM, QM, PP-PI, PM, EWM)
- 3+ years of experience leading testing efforts for large-scale ERP implementations
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, IT specialists, system integrators and project managers
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
